Profile Settings

Manage your name, email, password, and personal account preferences.

Your profile settings control your personal account information. These settings are per-user - they only affect your own experience, not other team members.


Personal Information

Update your name, email address, phone number, timezone, and profile photo. Your name and photo are displayed throughout the platform - in conversation assignments, activity logs, and anywhere your identity appears to teammates.

To update your information:

  1. Navigate to Account > Profile
  2. Edit your fields, or upload a new profile photo
  3. Click Save Changes

Password

Change your account password from the profile page. You must enter your current password to set a new one.

If you signed up with Google, you may not have a password set. You can add one to enable email/password login as an alternative to Google sign-in.


Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from the Security section of the profile page. Confirm your password, scan the setup code with an authenticator app, enter a verification code, and save your backup codes. You can disable 2FA later from the same section.

Some roles require two-factor authentication. If yours does, you will be prompted to enable it.


  • Email Signature - Set up your personal email signature for outbound Gmail messages
  • Connections - Manage your Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, and Zoom connections
  • Notifications - Configure how and when you receive notifications
