AI and Call Grading
Connect your own AI providers and use them for workflow nodes and AI call grading.
Seedly CRM is provider-agnostic for AI: you connect your own keys and the platform uses whichever provider you configure. AI powers the workflow AI nodes today and the AI call-grading feature, and the same setup is ready for more AI features over time.
AI Providers
Connect the providers you want under Settings, Integrations. Each is resolved through the same sub-account, brand, and agency credential cascade the other integrations use, in managed or self-service mode.

You can connect more than one and pick which one a feature uses. AI usage is metered and rebilled per provider, so connecting a second provider does not get billed at the first one's rate.
Where AI Is Used
- Workflow AI nodes - call a model from inside a workflow to generate content, classify a reply, extract structured data, or make a decision, then use the result in later steps. See the Automation Overview.
- AI call grading - score recorded sales calls and coach your reps (below).
AI Call Grading and Coaching
Turn recorded calls into rep coaching.
- Recorded calls are transcribed with the speakers separated (rep vs. customer)
- The transcript is scored against a rubric you configure, with weighted criteria
- Each graded call gets a score and coaching notes your team can review
- Choose which calls to grade: outbound only, inbound only, or both
- Voicemails are never graded, and (to control cost) speaker-separated transcription is routed only to gradeable calls
- A per-rep average grade is tracked in the Call Report, and a workflow trigger fires when a call is graded so you can route low scores to a manager or celebrate high ones

Billing
AI runs on your connected keys, and usage is rebilled like the other metered channels: the provider's cost passes through at the markup you set on the plan. Because billing is per provider, each provider is metered at its own rate.
