Move opportunities between stages by dragging the card. Each stage column shows its deal count and dollar total, and every move updates in real time for everyone looking at the board.

Weighted forecasting and revenue projection

Give each stage a win probability and the pipeline computes a weighted, probability-adjusted value automatically. A revenue forecast chart projects monthly expected revenue from open deals, plotting both total and weighted figures, so your forecast is not a spreadsheet you maintain by hand.

Multiple pipelines, custom stages

Build as many pipelines as you need, each with its own stages. Every stage carries a name, color, and win probability. This is per sub-account, so each client gets their own pipelines without seeing anyone else's.

Opportunity scoring with weighted rules

A per-pipeline scoring engine ranks opportunities so reps know what to work first, with a score distribution view across the pipeline. The weighting is yours to define per pipeline.

Stale-deal detection

Set a threshold per stage and opportunities that sit too long get flagged with a colored border, so nothing rots silently in the middle of the board.

Stage gates and audit history

Require specific fields to be filled before an opportunity can advance to the next stage, and keep a full stage-history trail of every move with timestamps and who made it.

Activity tracking on every opportunity

Each opportunity has its own timeline: stage changes, edits, notes, linked documents and estimates, products added or removed, and followers joining or leaving.

Products, line items, and documents

Attach products and line items with quantity, unit price, and discount, and link estimates and documents directly to the opportunity.

Yes. Pipelines are scoped to the sub-account, so each client sees only their own pipelines, opportunities, and forecasts. You manage every client from one install.

Can I customize stages and fields?

Yes. You define the stages per pipeline. You can also add custom opportunity fields and require specific fields before a deal can advance to the next stage (stage gates).

Does it do weighted or forecast values?
