The reason I love Seedly is ownership. You own the codebase instead of renting and watching the provider change things constantly.
Owns the codebase
Deals
Drag-and-drop Kanban deal stages, weighted forecasting, and a separate set of pipelines for every client. Buy the source code once, run it for all of them.
One payment. Full source code. Unlimited seats, every client, forever.

Don't take our word for it. Take theirs.
Early Seedly owners, in their own words. Every review verified on Trustpilot.
What It Does
Move opportunities between stages by dragging the card. Each stage column shows its deal count and dollar total, and every move updates in real time for everyone looking at the board.
Give each stage a win probability and the pipeline computes a weighted, probability-adjusted value automatically. A revenue forecast chart projects monthly expected revenue from open deals, plotting both total and weighted figures, so your forecast is not a spreadsheet you maintain by hand.
Build as many pipelines as you need, each with its own stages. Every stage carries a name, color, and win probability. This is per sub-account, so each client gets their own pipelines without seeing anyone else's.
A per-pipeline scoring engine ranks opportunities so reps know what to work first, with a score distribution view across the pipeline. The weighting is yours to define per pipeline.
Set a threshold per stage and opportunities that sit too long get flagged with a colored border, so nothing rots silently in the middle of the board.
Require specific fields to be filled before an opportunity can advance to the next stage, and keep a full stage-history trail of every move with timestamps and who made it.
Each opportunity has its own timeline: stage changes, edits, notes, linked documents and estimates, products added or removed, and followers joining or leaving.
Attach products and line items with quantity, unit price, and discount, and link estimates and documents directly to the opportunity.
Per-pipeline rules can fire on events like opportunity won or lost, estimate accepted, invoice paid, or a tag being added. New opportunities can be auto-assigned round-robin across your team.
Save a pipeline's stage configuration as a template and spin up new pipelines from it, including a set of built-in starter templates.
How It Works
Each column is a stage (for example: New Lead, Contacted, Proposal Sent, Won), and each card is an opportunity worth a dollar amount tied to a contact. You drag a card from one stage to the next as the deal progresses.
Every stage has a win probability, so the software multiplies each open deal by the odds of closing it and gives you a weighted forecast without any manual math. No spreadsheet to maintain on the side.
Each deal carries its own activity timeline, score, and stage trail, so you always know what happened and what to do next. Stage gates can require fields before a deal advances, and the audit trail records who moved what and when.
Because Seedly is multi-tenant, one client's stages, deals, and forecasts are completely separate from the next client's. You run all of them from a single install.
The Rest Of The Garden
Every module ships in the same source code you own. Slide through the rest of the garden.
FAQ
Yes. Each client sub-account can have as many pipelines as you want, and each pipeline has its own custom stages with names, colors, and win probabilities.
Yes. Pipelines are scoped to the sub-account, so each client sees only their own pipelines, opportunities, and forecasts. You manage every client from one install.
Yes. You define the stages per pipeline. You can also add custom opportunity fields and require specific fields before a deal can advance to the next stage (stage gates).
Yes. Each stage has a win probability, and the pipeline shows a probability-adjusted weighted value plus a revenue forecast chart that projects monthly expected revenue from open deals, total and weighted.
Yes. Every opportunity has its own activity timeline covering stage changes, edits, notes, linked documents and estimates, product changes, and followers, plus a full stage-history audit trail of who moved what and when.
Yes. Seedly imports contacts and related records, and because you own the code you are never locked in. The blog post on migrating from GoHighLevel walks through the approach, and many teams treat the move as a chance to clean up the data they inherited.
Yes. Seedly is white-label per client at the install level, covering branding and login domains, so the pipelines your clients use carry their brand, not ours.
