Feature Overview

A detailed look at every module in the platform.

Last updated

A detailed look at every module in the platform - what it does and what your team can accomplish with it.

Contacts#

The contacts module is your central database of people. Every interaction, opportunity, invoice, and appointment ties back to a contact record, giving your team a complete picture of each relationship.

  • Create and manage contacts with profile fields (name, email, phone, company, title, source, and more)
  • Track lifecycle stages: Lead, Qualified, Customer, Repeat, Inactive
  • Engagement scoring with automatic color-coded badges (Hot, Warm, Cool, Cold) based on configurable scoring rules
  • Score decay - contacts automatically lose points over time if they go inactive
  • Negative scoring rules - deduct points for specific behaviors such as unopened sequence emails (email_not_opened)
  • Custom fields with 13 field types (text, number, date, dropdown, checkbox, URL, email, phone, monetary, file upload, signature, radio, and multi-value list)
  • Tags with color coding and folder organization for flexible categorization
  • CSV import with a 5-step field mapping wizard, plus CSV export
  • Bulk actions: delete, tag, assign, change status, or enroll in a workflow across multiple contacts at once
  • Contact merge with side-by-side comparison to eliminate duplicates
  • Smart lists with saved filters using AND/OR logic for dynamic segmentation
  • Do Not Disturb settings per channel (email, SMS, call, or all)
  • Activity timeline showing every interaction, note, and status change
  • Notes with rich text editing and pinning
  • Soft delete with configurable retention period and restore capability
  • Deduplication on creation (by email, phone, or both)
  • Multiple emails and phone numbers per contact
  • Guest contacts: an unknown inbound caller or texter is saved automatically as a lightly tinted placeholder, so nothing is lost and the record is easy to spot and tidy up later

Companies#

Companies let you group contacts by organization and track business relationships at the account level. Link contacts to their company to see the full picture of your relationship with each organization.

  • Create and manage company records with name, domain, phone, email, website, industry, size, and address
  • Custom fields for company-specific data
  • Notes section per company
  • Folder organization with nested hierarchy
  • Link contacts to companies for account-based relationship tracking

Conversations (Unified Inbox)#

The conversations module is a unified inbox that brings every client communication channel into one screen. Your team sees SMS, email, Gmail, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, web chat, and voice calls in a single timeline - no switching between apps.

  • Multi-channel inbox: SMS, Email, Gmail, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, social DM, web chat (live chat widget), and voice calls
  • Real-time message streaming - new messages appear instantly without refreshing
  • Rich text editor for email channels with formatting, links, and lists
  • Snippets manager for saving and inserting quick reply templates
  • Conversation assignment to team members
  • Status management: Open, Closed, or Snoozed (with automatic reopen timer)
  • Message delivery status tracking: pending, queued, sent, delivered, read, failed, bounced
  • A failed SMS shows a plain-language reason instead of failing silently
  • A heads-up before you send a text that would land inside the recipient's quiet hours
  • Open and click tracking on emails
  • File attachments on messages
  • Search and filter by channel, status, or assigned user
  • Conversation merge to combine duplicates
  • Contact sidebar showing the full contact card, timeline, and metadata alongside the conversation
  • Call logging for recording manual call notes
  • SLA monitoring with automatic status tracking and first response time measurement
  • Star/favorite conversations for quick access

Pipelines and Opportunities#

Manage your sales process with visual pipelines. Track every opportunity from first contact to close, with multiple view options, automated workflows, and forecasting tools.

  • Multiple pipelines per account, each with custom stages
  • Four views: Kanban board (drag-and-drop), list view, funnel view, and timeline view
  • Configurable stages with name, color, win probability, required fields, and stale threshold
  • Opportunity fields: name, value, currency, contact, assigned user, expected close date, status, score, followers, tags, custom fields, and line items
  • Opportunity statuses: Open, Won, Lost, Abandoned - with reason capture for Won/Lost
  • Stage gates that require specific fields before allowing progression
  • Stage history audit trail tracking every movement with timestamps and who made the change
  • Opportunity scoring rules engine with weighted scoring per pipeline
  • Stale deal detection with configurable thresholds and automatic daily checks
  • Products and line items on opportunities with quantity, unit price, and discount
  • Pipeline statistics: total value, average deal size, conversion rate, weighted forecast
  • Pipeline templates for saving and reusing configurations
  • Pipeline permissions for per-pipeline, per-role access control
  • Automated assignment rules: round-robin, load-balanced, or criteria-based
  • Customizable deal card display - choose which fields appear on kanban cards
  • Link documents and estimates directly to opportunities

Campaigns and Marketing#

Run email broadcasts, multi-step sequences, and SMS campaigns from one module. Build emails with a visual editor, target specific audience segments, and track performance with detailed analytics.

  • Two campaign types: Broadcast (one-time send) and Sequence (multi-step automated), each on the email or SMS channel
  • Block-based email composer with drag-and-drop (text, image, button, divider, columns, spacer) and mobile preview (phone-frame view showing exactly what recipients see on mobile)
  • Merge fields for dynamic personalization
  • Audience targeting via contact lists, segments, or custom filters
  • Schedule sends for a future time with timezone handling
  • Test send to specific addresses before launching
  • Campaign pause, resume, and duplication
  • Click tracking with a tracked URL panel
  • Multi-step sequences with email steps, SMS steps, wait steps, and condition steps
  • Configurable delays between sequence steps with step-level analytics
  • Engagement gate - automatically exit or re-engage contacts after N consecutive unopened steps
  • Active hours - schedule sends within business hours with timezone-aware rescheduling
  • UTM tracking - 5-field UTM parameter configuration per campaign (source, medium, campaign, term, content)
  • SMS composer with character counter and template library
  • Reusable audience segments with a visual filter builder (AND/OR logic)
  • Global suppression list management
  • Email and SMS template galleries
  • Auto-reply rules for email and SMS
  • Campaign analytics: opens, clicks, conversions, bounces, deliverability trends, engagement funnel, and side-by-side campaign comparison

Lists and Audiences#

Organize contacts into mailing lists for targeting and opt-out management. Campaigns send against a list, and every list tracks its own subscribe and unsubscribe state, so each contact controls what they hear from you.

  • Marketing and Transactional list types: transactional messages (receipts, reminders, account notices) still reach a contact who has opted out of marketing
  • New sub-accounts start with a default Marketing list and a default Transactional list; add as many more as you need
  • Per-list subscribe and unsubscribe state, with folder organization
  • A public preference center and a one-click unsubscribe link on marketing emails, so recipients can opt out or change what they receive
  • SMS STOP and START keyword handling, kept in sync with list membership and a global suppression list
  • Audience growth chart: a daily snapshot of each list's subscriber count, so you can see growth over time even across bulk imports
  • Reusable segments with a visual AND/OR filter builder for dynamic targeting

Email Sending and Deliverability#

Tools to protect your sender reputation and get more email into the inbox.

  • Domain warmup: gradually ramp up volume on a new sending domain over a warmup schedule (with daily DNS checks), so cold domains are not throttled or blocked
  • Sending presets: choose a sending strategy (for example, conservative warmup versus higher volume) instead of tuning every setting by hand
  • Throttle and stagger: cap how fast email goes out and spread a large send across time to keep volume steady
  • Smart-sending defaults that adapt to where a domain is in its warmup
  • Deliverability analytics: bounces and failures broken down by mailbox provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and others) so you can see where mail is not landing
  • Event tracking is provisioned with your email provider automatically on the first send, so opens, clicks, and bounces record without extra setup
  • A built-in deliverability checker for your sending domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records)

QR Codes#

Generate dynamic QR codes that point at any destination and track how often they are scanned.

  • Brand-colored codes with a logo, downloadable as PNG
  • Each code is a short link you can repoint later without reprinting
  • Per-code scan analytics, organized in folders

Conversion Tracking#

Close the loop on your ad spend by sending conversions back to Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), so the ad platforms can optimize toward the leads and customers that actually convert.

  • Send conversions to Google Ads and to Meta through its server-side Conversions API
  • Fire a conversion from a form submission, a workflow step, or a tracked phone call
  • A two-step funnel pattern: a "Lead" conversion when someone comes in, and a "Customer Paid" conversion (with the real revenue) when they buy
  • A default revenue-tracking workflow is set up for you to turn on
  • Customer details sent to Meta are hashed for privacy, and conversions are de-duplicated against any browser-side pixel you already run
  • Connect the ad accounts under Settings, Integrations; see the Integrations page

  • Stripe integration with product and price sync
  • Prepaid wallet balances per sub-account, strictly isolated so one sub-account can never read or change another's usage, rates, or wallet
  • Billing schedule cascade: plan defaults, brand overrides, agency fallback
