Reputation Management in the Seedly CRM

Seedly CRM Testimonials: The Receipts

Don't take our word for it. Take theirs.

Early Seedly owners, in their own words. Every review verified on Trustpilot.

The reason I love Seedly is ownership. You own the codebase instead of renting and watching the provider change things constantly.

Owns the codebase

Buying from someone I didn't know was a bit of a leap of faith. Would he actually deliver? I've been pleasantly surprised. Andrew has been fair, and sometimes more than fair.

I'm a long-time GHL user. Support is a nightmare. With Seedly, I am the support. I am my own headache or genius.

You get the entire code base. So you can just use Claude to add features or customize it any way you want.

Seedly frees you from the massive CRM conglomerates and lets you customize it the way YOU want it. Andrew built a tool that grows with you and doesn't lock you in.

What It Does

Everything this module gives you, in the same source you own.

Google Business Profile review sync

Connect one or many Google Business Profile locations over OAuth. Reviews sync automatically on a recurring schedule, and replies you have already posted on Google import on sync, so the list always reflects reality. The reviews list shows whether each review has been replied to.

Smart Gate (review gating, white-labeled)

Send happy customers (rating at or above your threshold) straight to your public review page, and route unhappy ones to a private feedback form first so the complaint reaches you instead of Google. The whole gate re-skins to a client's logo, brand color, and style preset, so it reads as the client's own branded review portal, not a generic vendor page.

Automated review-request campaigns

Send review requests by email, SMS, or both. Set them to fire automatically after a trigger: an appointment marked complete, an opportunity marked won, or a contact reaching a specific pipeline stage. Add reminders for people who do not respond, with click tracking on every link. Most CRMs make review requests a manual chore; here they fire off your existing pipeline and calendar events with no extra step.

Response management that posts back to Google

Reply to a review from inside the CRM and the response posts to Google, no tab-switching. Track response status and keep your response rate visible on the dashboard.

Embed the Smart Gate on any website

Copy a paste-in embed code and drop the gate onto a client's own site, so you collect feedback and route reviews directly from their pages, not just from CRM-sent links.

Reputation dashboard and goals

Total reviews, average rating, reviews this month, response rate, rating distribution, and reviews-per-week at a glance. Set a rating goal and the dashboard tells each platform how many five-star reviews it needs to hit it. Request analytics show requests sent, links clicked, reviews left, conversion rate, and how many negative reviews the gate captured privately instead of letting them go public.

Multi-location, share-to-social, and cleanup tools

Each connected business tracks its own reviews and you pick which one a review request points to. Share a strong review as a social post and it opens the social planner with the content prefilled. Cleanup tools delete reviews pulled from a wrongly connected profile and repair already-sent request links.

How It Works

In plain English.

1

Connect Google Business Profile

Connect a Google Business Profile location and the CRM pulls in your existing reviews, then keeps them current on a recurring sync, including any replies you have already posted. From the dashboard you see your average rating, your response rate, and how reviews are trending week to week.

2

Earn more reviews

Send review requests by email or SMS. You can fire them by hand, or have them go out automatically when an appointment is completed, a deal is won, or a contact hits a pipeline stage. Reminders chase the people who do not click.

3

Route with the Smart Gate

The Smart Gate sits between the customer and the public review site. Ask the customer how they would rate you. Happy customers go to your public Google review page. Unhappy customers land on a private feedback form first, so you hear the problem before the internet does.

4

Embed and white-label it

Embed that gate on any website, and skin it to match whichever client it belongs to. Each client gets a branded review and feedback page that reads as their own product, not a generic SaaS tool.

The Rest Of The Garden

It is one CRM, not a stack of subscriptions.

Every module ships in the same source code you own. Slide through the rest of the garden.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does reputation management software do?

It collects your reviews in one place, helps you earn more of them, and helps you respond. Seedly syncs Google Business Profile reviews automatically, sends review requests by email and SMS (manually or triggered by appointments, won deals, or pipeline stages), and lets you reply to reviews from inside the CRM, with the reply posting back to Google.

What is the difference between SEO and ORM?

SEO (search engine optimization) is about ranking your pages higher in search results. ORM (online reputation management) is about what people find and feel when they get there: your star rating, your reviews, and how you respond to them. They overlap, since a strong review profile improves local search rankings, but ORM is specifically the work of monitoring, earning, and responding to reviews. Seedly is the ORM half of that equation.

Can I white-label the review portal per client?

Yes. The Smart Gate re-skins to each client's logo, brand color, and style preset, so every client sees their own branded review and feedback page. Combined with per-client sub-accounts, you run reputation for many clients from one install and each one looks like their own product.

Does it work across all my client sub-accounts?

Yes. Reputation is per sub-account. Each connected business syncs and tracks its own reviews, and you can connect multiple Google Business Profile locations. Settings, branding, and request automations are scoped to each sub-account.

Can I migrate from GoHighLevel?

Your reviews live on Google, not inside GHL, so the review history itself comes back automatically the moment you connect Google Business Profile. You rebuild the request automations and Smart Gate settings once per client, and they are yours from then on.

What does it cost to run?

There are no per-seat or per-location fees. You pay once for the source code and host it yourself, so adding clients does not raise a subscription. Your only ongoing costs are your own hosting and the email and SMS sending you already pay for.

Is review gating allowed?

The Smart Gate asks customers how they would rate you and routes unhappy ones to a private feedback form instead of the public page. You control the rating threshold and whether the private form is on. Use it to catch and fix problems before they go public; do not use it to suppress reviews from specific people, which platforms prohibit. The tool is yours to configure to your policy.

Can I customize it?

Yes, you own the source. You can change the gate logic, the request templates, the triggers, the dashboard, anything. Owners routinely use AI coding tools to make changes the typical CRM would never ship.
