Providing Feedback

How to use the beta feedback widget to report issues, suggest improvements, and submit requests.

During the beta, a feedback button is available on dashboard pages. Use it to report bugs, suggest improvements, or request anything you'd like to see - the team reviews every submission.

Finding the Feedback Button

A circular button with a clipboard icon appears in the bottom-right corner of your screen on dashboard pages. It has a subtle pulsing glow to make it easy to spot. The button is hidden on small mobile screens and on agency admin pages.

Submitting Feedback

Step 1: Open the Panel

Click the feedback button. A Submit Request panel opens with a text area and a few optional fields.

Step 2: Describe What You Need

Describe what you need, what's broken, or what you'd like to see. Good feedback includes:

  • What you were trying to do - the task or goal
  • What happened - the unexpected behavior, error, or confusion
  • What you expected - how you thought it should work

Feature requests and general impressions are welcome too.

Step 3: Set a Priority and Date (Optional)

Below the text area you can optionally set:

  • Need by - a target date for when you need this resolved
  • Priority - None, Low, Medium, High, or Urgent

Step 4: Submit

Click Submit Request (or press Cmd+Enter / Ctrl+Enter). You will see a brief confirmation, and the form resets - ready for your next submission.

Moving the Button

The feedback button is draggable. Click and hold it, then drag to any position on the screen. Your position is remembered across page loads.

If the button is covering something you need to interact with, just drag it out of the way.

What Gets Captured

Each submission automatically includes:

DataHow It Works
Your descriptionThe text you wrote
Your name and emailFrom your account profile
Page URLThe page you were on when you submitted
Need-by dateOnly if you set one
PriorityOnly if you set one
TimestampWhen you submitted

Tips for Helpful Feedback

  • Be specific - "The industry dropdown has 50+ unsorted options" is more actionable than "this is confusing"
  • One issue per submission - submit separate items so they can be tracked individually
  • Include the page you were on - the page URL is captured automatically, which often reveals context that is hard to describe in words
  • Note what you expected - sometimes the gap between expectation and reality is the most useful signal
