## What the customer sees

- **A tracking page.** A tokenized link showing where their job stands and when someone is coming, with no account required and nothing else exposed. It reaches them on the on-the-way message, so that event has to be switched on.
- **A photo gallery.** A tokenized link to the photos from their own job, without an account and without seeing anyone else's.
- **An estimate to approve.** Presented on site or sent, signed in person or remotely.
